Each individual player is permitted to hold only one tapwin1 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. tapwin1 is not liable for any issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information you have provided.

• Username and password: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Mobile number verification: A valid Philippine mobile number is required for account registration. This number will be used for OTP verification and security alerts.
• Identity verification (KYC): tapwin1 may require identity verification at any stage, particularly before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or Driver's License.

Providing false information during registration or at any point thereafter is a serious violation of these Terms. tapwin1 reserves the right to close accounts and retain associated balances in cases where fraud or misrepresentation is established.

tapwin1 accepts deposits through the following Philippine-local payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online Banking, Visa, and Mastercard.

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. tapwin1 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. tapwin1 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your account. If you believe a deposit was made in error, contact tapwin1 support immediately.
• tapwin1 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time, particularly for large deposits or where fraud is suspected.
• Deposits may be subject to processing times depending on your chosen payment channel. While most methods are instant, occasional delays may occur due to banking system delays outside tapwin1's control.

tapwin1 processes withdrawal requests to the following channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and UnionBank, and debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the following timeframes:

• GCash and Maya: Usually within 1 hour on standard processing days.
• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfers: Typically within 24 hours on banking days. Requests submitted on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer.
• Card withdrawals: 3–5 banking days, subject to your card-issuing bank's processing times.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. tapwin1 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above certain threshold amounts.

tapwin1 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20× the bonus amount) is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• One bonus per player: Unless otherwise stated, each bonus is available once per player, per household, and per payment method.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games such as Tongits and live dealer games may contribute less. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses not activated within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated completion window from the time the bonus is activated.
• Maximum bet while on bonus: While bonus wagering is active, a maximum bet limit applies per round or hand. Bets exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Abuse: tapwin1 monitors for systematic bonus abuse, including the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms. Any account found to be abusing bonus offers will have the bonus and related winnings removed, and may be permanently banned from receiving future promotions.

tapwin1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Decisions regarding bonus eligibility are at the sole discretion of tapwin1 and are final.

All games offered on the tapwin1 platform — including but not limited to Tongits, JILI Slots, Color Game, Sabong, Fishing Games, NBA Betting, and Boxing Betting — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• Game results are final: Once a game round is completed and the result has been confirmed by the tapwin1 system, the result stands. Bets placed and results settled cannot be reversed except in the event of a verified system error.
• Technical malfunctions: In the unlikely event of a technical fault or software malfunction during gameplay, tapwin1 reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund stakes. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction will not be paid.
• Disconnection during live games: tapwin1 maintains a brief reconnection window for disconnected players. If you cannot reconnect within this window, the round will be resolved according to standard game rules based on your hand or bet at the time of disconnection.
• Sports betting: All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market. Void rules, early settlement procedures, and in-play betting restrictions are detailed within the sports betting section of the tapwin1 platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tapwin1 platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and forfeiture of any balance held in the account:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any time thereafter.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the tapwin1 platform in a manner not intended for normal human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform. Any suspected bug must be reported to tapwin1 support immediately.

• Failure to provide required identity verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward tapwin1 staff or other players.
• Confirmed operation of multiple accounts in violation of the single-account rule.
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements, including verified underage gambling.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, tapwin1 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is established, all balances may be forfeited and the matter referred to appropriate authorities.

If you wish to close your tapwin1 account voluntarily, contact our support team. Any remaining balance that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method following completion of standard verification checks.

All content on the tapwin1 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of tapwin1 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, display, or use any tapwin1 intellectual property without prior written consent. • tapwin1 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to service outside of our reasonable control.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of the tapwin1 platform shall first be submitted to tapwin1's internal dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, the matter may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or Philippine courts as applicable.

Your continued use of the tapwin1 platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
